OUR vision
Inecui is a catalyst of a fair, sustainable, community-focused, and environmentally conscious floral movement, where we follow the cycles of the Earth and work alongside our plant relatives to live a balanced and dignified life.
We are a women of color farmers and florists collaborating with other local cultivators to offer thoughtfully curated floral designs. Our flowers deliver a delightful sensory experience that brings joy, comfort, and color to any space. We are innovatively contributing to our community's well of knowledge, ecological harmony, and economic sovereignty.
OUR mission
Care: We choose to be intentional and treasure and respect all of our relations and the way we conduct ourselves in doing business. We are honored to be amongst the flowers, they help us stay grounded to find a balance between work and other aspects of life.
Sustainability: We are committed to the implementation of sustainable floral practices- free of conventional foam and other disposable plastics- to maintain a healthy environment and to challenge ourselves and the industry to be considerate of our planet and resources.
Regeneration: We foster restorative practices across all areas of our business to build and maintain a positive liaison with our community, agriculture, and economy.
Integrity: We act with fairness and honesty in the interest of our members and the community we serve. We honor transparency by allowing inclusive decision making and open dialogue.
Connectedness: Intentionally collaborate with other farmers and creators in order to build stronger relationships and to provide a bouquet of many flowers (symbolically and literally) to our customers.
